Good afternoon, Woodson Wave Families, this is Liz Berry with some updates for the week.  Congratulations to our Staff Member of the Week, Ms. Warren.  Ms. Warren while new to WES, has proven her commitment to the students she works with.  She goes above and beyond to ensure they have all the resources they need.  Thank you for all of your hard work!

Congratulations to our Students of the Week: Reagan Wienecke in PreK-3 and Noah Hinman in 1st grade. Reagan is a great friend and student.  She is always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone.  She always uses her manners and always tries her best. Noah showed friendship to another student by giving them encouragement to pass a Lexia Level.  You are both superstars and we are so proud of you.

Just a reminder that the Somerset County Board of Education, invites parents and guardians to participate in an online survey to give input about a new superintendent.  The online survey will be available from 3/25-3/31/24.  Please check www.somerset.k12.md.us on 3/25/24 for the survey link.
