Good Morning Band and Choir Families:
Tonight is the band and choir concert at 6pm in WES gymnasium. Students can begin arriving at 5:30pm. Upon arrival band students should report to the music room and choir students should report to the library. Please keep your child's coat. Everyone should enter through the doors off of the main parking lot (car rider doors). Students can wear a nice holiday outfit.
The students have worked very hard to prepare a wonderful concert for you this evening. See you tonight!

Just a reminder to our after school tutoring families, we will not have tutoring tonight due to the WES band and choir concert. Thank you for your understanding as we celebrate all the hard work our students have put into this concert.

We’re getting ready for our school-wide Polar Express event and students are invited to wear their pajamas to school on Friday, December 19!
Cozy PJs, festive fun, and lots of holiday magic are headed our way as we celebrate together. Please remember to wear school-appropriate pajamas and shoes safe for school activities.

Out of an abundance of caution with the projected potential weather over the weekend, Devices and Chargers are being sent home. Please make sure that they are BOTH returned the next day we are back in session- This is a precaution, and further updates concerning any closures or delays would occur late Sunday or early Monday.
If your student is absent or has already been picked up for today 12/12, feel free to contact to school to arrange a time today to pick up the device.
Good evening Wave Families! The Bazaar is upon us! Tomorrow (12/12) there will be time for students to shop and families to assist (and shop also!). Please make sure you bring your ID. Family members must be listed in PowerSchool or have prior approval to take students shopping. Visitors are asked to remain in the Gym and not visit classrooms. Please see the Food menu as well.

REMINDER: Today, December 10th will be an early dismissal day. Students are dismissed at 12:30. Please have any transportation changes into the office by 12:00 pm. It Takes a Village will be closed.

Woodson will have their annual holiday bazaar on Friday, December 12th from 9:00-3:00. Students and their families may shop the selection of local venders. Each class will have a scheduled time to visit or an approved family member may take students shopping from 9:00-3:00. If you have any questions, please message your student's teacher in Rooms or call the front office.
Our Pre-k concert has been rescheduled for Tuesday, December 16th at 2:00. Parents may begin arriving for check in at 1:00. It is highly encouraged for families to arrive early for check in. Students may be signed out by an approved family member at the conclusion of the program. Please see your students' teacher to sign your student out before leaving the building.
